Wim Voogd
Wim Voogd was educated at theMusic Academies of The Hague and Rotterdam (bachelors und masters): he studied piano, organ and church music.

He participated in Master Classes for Song Accompaniment within the Netherlands and elsewhere.In 1999 he was a participant of the Lied course “The interpretation of German song” in Baden /Wien, with teachers like Rudolf Jansen, Robert Holl en Helmut Deutsch. 

Wim Voogd is working as a pianist and coach at the Royal Conservatory The Hague, and teaches music theory at the Helicon Academy. He is working as an organist and conductor in two churches in The Hague.

He can often be heard as a chamber musician and song accompinist, for instance at recitals of the society " The Friends of Lied”.

As an organist and conductor WimVoogd is a performer of oratoria, like the St.Matthews- and St.Johns Passion of J.S. Bach; but also of Romantic and more Modern works like compositons of. Dvorak und Duruflé.

Wim Voogd made concert tours in France, Germany, Italy, Chech Republic, Hungary and South Africa.
